This privacy policy applies to the SeekCourt app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Cheung Hoi Kit (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service with optional in-app purchases. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application does not gather precise background information about the location of your mobile device.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you with important required notices, customer support responses, and marketing promotions.
The Application allows users (including Coaches) to post profiles, chat messages, photos, and videos. To ensure a safe environment, all User-Generated Content (UGC) is subject to community guidelines. The Application includes built-in tools allowing users to Flag, Report, and Block abusive users or objectionable content. The Service Provider reserves the right to review reported content and ban accounts or remove content that violates our terms.
Only necessary data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in operating, delivering, and improving the Application. The Service Provider may share your information with trusted third parties in the ways described below.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. You have the direct ability to delete your account and associated data from within the Application. You can do this at any time by navigating to the Profile tab > Settings > Delete Account. Upon confirming deletion, your profile, active sessions, and associated data will be removed from our active databases in accordance with our retention cycles.
Web / Off-App Data Deletion Request: If you no longer have access to the Application, or wish to request the deletion of your account and associated data via the web, please send an email to hkcheung2011@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and delete your account, profile, and associated user-generated content within 30 days, in accordance with applicable laws.
Depending on your location (such as the EEA, UK, or certain US states like California), you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request that we correct any inaccuracies, request that we restrict the processing of your data, or request a portable copy of your data. You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, they will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at hkcheung2011@gmail.com so they can take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information processed and maintained.
