These terms and conditions apply to the SeekCourt app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Cheung Hoi Kit (hereby referred to as "Service Provider").
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Application allows users to interact, chat, and post profile information, photos, and videos (User-Generated Content or "UGC"). There is absolutely no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. By using the Application, you agree not to submit, upload, or share any content that is offensive, unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or infringes on the rights of others.
The Service Provider reserves the right to moderate, remove any content, and immediately terminate or suspend the accounts of users who violate these terms, without prior notice or liability.
The Application offers optional premium features (such as Coach profile promotion) through auto-renewing in-app subscriptions. If you choose to purchase a subscription, the following terms apply:
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as it could expose your phone to malware and compromise security, potentially preventing the Application from functioning correctly.
The Service Provider cannot assume responsibility if the Application does not function at full capacity due to a lack of active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data). You are responsible for any charges from your mobile provider for data usage, including roaming charges.
While the Service Provider strives to ensure the Application is updated and accurate, they accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on the functionality of the Application.
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Below are the links to the Terms and Conditions of the third-party service providers used by the Application:
The Service Provider may update the Application at any time. You agree to always accept updates to the Application when offered. The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you. Upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the Application, and delete it from your device.
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Application signifies your acceptance of any revisions.
